The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has decided to provide a subsidy within the framework of the Operational Program Employment for the implementation of the project Employee Development - Managerial Competences of Employees No. OPZ/1.3/043/0004952.
Financial support is provided by the European Union.

The aim of the project is:
- increasing the capabilities and skills in the area of change management, internal communication and employee motivation of the company's management
- improve competencies with regard to defining performance work criteria, their subsequent evaluation and providing effective feedback to employees at lower levels of the company hierarchy
The project focuses primarily on the practical aspects of individual thematic units.
