Jihostroj a.s.is a controlled entity (subsidiary) in relation to the parent company JAWAUNION s. r. o. (Company ID: 251 52 149, registered office at Brodce 46, 257 41 Týnec nad Sázavou), which is the sole shareholder of Jihostroj a.s. At the same time, Jihostroj a.s.acts as the controlling entity with respect to its subsidiary JISTRO s.r.o. (Company ID: 490 22 661, registered office at Budějovická 148, 382 32 Velešín), in which Jihostroj a.s. holds a 100% ownership stake.
The aforementioned companies, together with Jihostroj a.s., form a business group (corporate group) within the meaning of Section 79 of Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Business Corporations, subject to unified management by JAWAUNION s. r. o. This declaration is made in accordance with the provisions of Section 79(3) of the Business Corporations Act.
